We will be providing harp services for our customers for
both carry-in and out of shop's visit after defects liability
period. Services will include re-stringing and tuning, lever
installation and adjustment, general cleaning and maintenance. A
service charge will be levied for the after-sales-services rendered.

| Restringing -
Aged Strings can be easily worn-out, frayed or dirty and hence, lose
their original quality. String often become worn-out due to lever
engagement and they should be changed if they are more than two
years old. |

Maintenance - All harp levers
are mechanical and thus, should be maintained for optimal
performance. Tuning pins should be polished and the harp's neck,
frame and sound board require periodical cleaning. |
